Our Cut-to-Pack workflow is designed for clarity at every step — so you always know where your order stands.
We work with an established network of certified fabric mills and yarn suppliers across Pakistan, China, and South Asia — giving you access to competitive prices without compromising on quality. Whether you need 100% organic cotton, performance blends, or specialty fabrics, our sourcing team provides swatch options, mill certifications, and price quotes before a single thread is cut. We are transparent about our supply chain — always.
Our in-house pattern team works directly from your tech packs, sketches, or reference samples. Patterns are drafted digitally using industry-standard CAD software, ensuring consistent fit across size runs. We grade patterns to your exact size specification — whether you follow US, EU, UK, or custom size charts. First patterns are submitted for approval before any fabric is touched.
Fabric is spread and cut using computer-aided cutting systems that minimise waste and maximise consistency. Every lay plan is optimised for fabric efficiency without compromising grain alignment or pattern placement. Cut bundles are logged by size and colour, tied with printed dockets, and delivered directly to sewing lines — ensuring zero mix-ups across large, multi-SKU orders.
Our sewing floor runs multiple lines with a team of skilled operators — all trained in-house and retained long-term for consistency. Each line is dedicated to a single order during production, with a floor supervisor monitoring output quality at every stage. We produce casual tops, bottoms, outerwear, activewear, and knitwear. Daily production reports are shared with clients on request.
Quality is not an end-of-line checkpoint — it is built into every stage of our process. We operate on AQL 2.5 inline inspection standards, with dedicated QC teams checking workmanship, measurements, and finish at cutting, mid-line, and final stages. All finished garments pass a 4-point fabric inspection and a full measurement audit. Third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or buyer-nominated agencies) are welcomed and supported.
We handle all aspects of export-ready packaging — from individual poly-bagging and hang-tag attachment to branded tissue wrapping, assorted size/colour packing, and master carton labelling. Our logistics team coordinates with your freight forwarder or ours, prepares all shipping documentation (packing list, commercial invoice, GSP form, FORM-E), and tracks shipments through to port clearance. We ship via sea and air to all major ports worldwide.
Our QC framework is built on internationally recognised standards — because your brand reputation depends on consistency, not luck.
Fabric, trims, and accessories checked against approved standards before cutting commences.
Dedicated inspectors on the sewing floor checking every 10th garment throughout production.

Hundreds of manufacturers can sew a garment. What sets Happy Garments apart is how we do it — with integrity, transparency, and a deep respect for the people who make your products.
From lightweight shirting to heavy outerwear, structured tailoring to jersey basics — our operators are trained across garment categories, not just one silhouette. We have in-house embroidery coordination, printing management, and label/patch sourcing — so you have one point of contact for the full product.
We invite buyers to visit our facility at any time — announced or unannounced. Our production timelines, QC processes, and supply chain are openly shared. We give regular order status updates and flag problems proactively rather than hiding them. You will never chase us for an update.
We respond to emails within 24 hours, manage sample couriers proactively, and issue detailed approval documents at every milestone. Our WhatsApp line is monitored during business hours and we accommodate calls across European and American time zones by appointment.
We are experienced in all major export documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, GSP certificates, FORM-E, and customs declarations. We work with established freight forwarders and can ship DDP, FOB, or CIF — whatever your logistics setup requires.
At Happy Garments, our workers are not a line item — they are our competitive advantage. We pay above minimum wage, maintain clean and well-ventilated production spaces, and offer in-house skills training so our team grows alongside our business.
When your garments are made here, they are made by people who are treated with dignity. That matters to us — and we believe it matters to your customers too.

Yes — we regularly work with brands at every stage, from first-time founders to established retailers. If you have a tech pack or clear design reference, we can begin the sampling process. For brands still developing their product, we can recommend local consultants or sourcing agents who can help you get to tech-pack stage.
Absolutely. We encourage factory visits — announced or unannounced. We are based in Pakistan and can arrange airport pickup and accommodation assistance for visiting buyers. Video factory tours via Zoom are also available for buyers who cannot travel. We have nothing to hide.
We accept PDF, Adobe Illustrator (AI), Excel/Google Sheets measurement specs, and physical reference samples. If you only have sketches or reference images, we can still begin with a proto sample. The more detail you provide, the more accurate the first sample will be.
Standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (LC at sight), and Payoneer for smaller orders. All pricing is quoted in USD. We do not charge sampling fees for serious bulk enquiries.
Yes — we welcome inspections from SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or any buyer-nominated agency at any stage of production. We provide full access to production areas and documentation. We view third-party inspection as a sign of a professional buyer relationship, not a challenge.
